PGA West Stadium is a world-famous destination for golf enthusiasts from all over. This spectacular development has both single-family homes and condos for resale. Home prices on this historic course start at $229,000 for a condo and reach as high as $2,650,000 for a top-end semi-custom single-family home. Here residents can enjoy community pools, spas, and sports courts as well as some of the best seating for some spectacular PGA Events.

A Historic Golf Experience

PGA West Stadium has one of the most iconic and difficult golf courses anywhere. This Pete Dye designed course has been a part of golf legend since Lee Trevino made a hole-in-one on the 17th in 1987 to win $175,000. Touted as one of the most difficult holes in golf, the 17th hole has gained the nickname “Alcatraz” due to the hard-to-access green surrounded by water. Ranked as 4th toughest course in America by Golf Digest in 2016 & 2017 this course is the perfect training ground to hone skill to the next level. This may be why the PGA Tour “Q-School” finals are held at this supremely spectacular golf course. Beyond these spectacularly historic golf events, the Stadium Course continues to make history in 2019 by hosting the Desert Classic PGA Tour event where Adam Long took home $1,062,000 in prize money with a 13 foot long birdie putt!
