The outdoor seating was just perfect—warm heaters, live music, and a clear desert sky full of stars. I went for the tres tacos (so good!), and Mike had the chicken fajitas. The flavors were amazing, and the whole vibe of the place was lively and fun—definitely a great way to get into the holiday spirit.
After dinner, we strolled around the resort, soaking in all the holiday magic. The decorations were stunning, but the real showstopper was the Christmas tree—huge, glowing, and absolutely beautiful. We caught the sunset behind the Santa Rosa Mountains, and as the tree lights started to twinkle, the whole scene felt almost unreal. They even have a chestnut roasting station and a dessert cart! It was such a peaceful, magical moment and the perfect way to spend the evening.
