Welcome to the best hidden gems in Palm Springs! Or as some may call it, The Speakeasy’s!
Here are three of our favorites:
Here are three of our favorites:
1. Seymour’s
This speakeasy-style cocktail den occupies a hidden space inside the steakhouse, Mr. Lyons (ask the host to point you in the right direction). Once inside, it’s easy to forget what decade it is. There are vintage photographs lining the walls, antique velvet seating, and even a black-and-white TV to set the retro mood. The whole thing is wonderfully old school, and a quiet place for a nightcap—try the Oaxacan Brunch, made with Gem & Bolt mezcal, lime juice, sage-infused simple syrup, and egg white.Seymours PS

2. PS Air Bar
Located in the lovely Bouschet Wine Shop is a speakeasy so out of sight that you’ll need your boarding pass to get in, well not really but it is taking off! This aviation-themed bar is full to the brim with old-school plane parts, even the seats are real salvaged airplane seats and drinks that will make you feel like you’re in first class. It truly is a hidden gem and they are constantly doing events with ‘in-flight meal service.’ Check out their Disco Boozy Brunch on Sundays and the Saturday Night Flight!
3. The Tailor Shop
This stunning cocktail bar will have you thinking you have gone back in time to the 1920s! From stunning cocktails to that old-school vibe, this place is truly hidden away. Tucked away off Main Street, the only tell that you are in the right place is a lone sewing machine out front glimmering in the bushes. We recommend this shop, from drinks to their tapas dishes the food is delicious! Make a reservation and see for yourself!
