About Suzanne M. Seymour

Originally from the scenic north shore of Lake Tahoe in Incline Village, Nevada, Suzanne M. Seymour has always embodied a spirit of service and dedication. Upon graduating high school, she enlisted in the United States Air Force, proudly serving her country before transitioning into a fast-paced career in Northern California real estate. Her early experience included working with Morgan Lane Real Estate in Sonoma and later as an escrow assistant at First American Title—roles that provided her with a strong foundation in contracts, timelines, and the high-pressure world of real estate transactions.

In 2006, Suzanne relocated to the Palm Springs area to be closer to family, marking the beginning of her deep connection with the Coachella Valley. Over the next several years, she owned and operated a truck driving school and later joined the team at the Palm Springs Airport, where she remained a dedicated employee for many years. But Suzanne’s heart never left real estate.

In the fall of 2023, she returned full-time to her true passion, joining Desert Cities Home. Since then, Suzanne has become the team’s go-to expert for first-time homebuyers, guiding clients across the desert with compassion, clarity, and unmatched attention to detail. Her military discipline, escrow knowledge, and entrepreneurial spirit all fuel her commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.
