Hiding Issues in Home

DON’T GET CAUGHT SWEEPING ISSUES UNDER THE RUG! ⁣

Although I’ve seen some sellers make this mistake, it’s just not worth it, and could end up costing you in the end. ⁣

The good news is that every house has spots and blemishes — and while no one wants to put their worst foot forward, tell your listing agent about roof leaks, foundation cracks, lead-based paint, water damage, or electrical problems.

Ask me questions, I’m here to problem solve and help you get your home in the best shape possible to sell!

It’s a smart idea anyway since you’ll have several professionals in and out of your home throughout the home selling process — your agent, the buyer’s agent, a home inspector, and possible contract workers. All for which will be looking for issues that need addressing.⁣A seller’s agent will help you know exactly what needs to be disclosed (another perk of hiring an agent over FSBO), so choose an experienced agent with an excellent reputation.
