Fireworks! & Where to Watch Them?

While Covid has changed many of our plans this year, 4th of July seems to be no different. However, for those of you committed to seeing the amazing spectacular of explosions here is where you can get the best views!

You can celebrate Fourth of July with a magnificent fireworks display and its synchronized music on Mix 100.5!

FREE parking and admission with approximately 650 car spaces available to pull up and enjoy the show! They are recommending that viewers arrive early as this year’s show is anticipated to be very popular and vehicle capacity will need to be limited due to social distancing protocols. Fireworks viewers may also bring their own chairs, blankets, and snacks, and approximately 650 car spaces will be allowed. Cars will be arranged to provide safe distances for families to view the fireworks, and viewers will be required to wear their face-coverings while on property.

Fourth of July Fireworks Show

Twenty-Nine-Palms

MCCS Twentynine Palms will be presenting an “extra high” fireworks display that will launch aboard the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, making the spectacular show visible throughout the City of Twentynine Palms for the desert community and its visitors to enjoy from the comfort and safety of their home. Fireworks display will begin at 9 p.m. Bring your own chairs and blankets.


Location: Luckie Park, located off Utalh Trail (north of Highway 62) between Two Mile Road and Joe Davis Drive.

Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular

Big Bear Lake


For the families sneaking out of town for the weekend, Big Bear will be shooting their fireworks from a barge in the middle of Big Bear Lake to increase the visibility from more locations.


When: 8:45 p.m. July 4

Where: View the fireworks from various locations throughout the Big Bear area. Check the website. The display will also be live-streamed for virtual participants.
